Description
Beavers are known to be hardworking animals which have the ability to change their environment in ways few other animals do. They have thick fur, webbed feet and a large flat tail that is covered in scales. Another distinguishing feature is the beaver’s large incisors, or front teeth. Using their strong teeth, they fell trees and use them to build dams, altering the flow of rivers and creating new ecosystems for many animals.
